BELMONT TV RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Merchandise: We strive for your satisfaction on every product we sell. Should you need to return unused items that are not defective these items must be shipped back or brought to a local Belmont TV store complete with all its original packaging, manuals, warranty and registration cards within 7 days of purchase delivery date for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Open box, one-of–a-kind, clearance and special order purchases are non-returnable. There are no refunds on projector or projection lamps. Refunds are made in the same format as the original purchase or you may request to receive store credit towards a new purchase.

Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

How to Return: For an immediate refund (less the shipping and handling and restocking fees), simply return your purchase at any one of our Belmont TV stores. If you are unable to return your order at one of our stores, please email customer.service@belmonttv.com or call our customer service center at (703) 671-8500 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered. There would be charges for pickup and you could call Belmont TV for an estimate of those charges which would be deducted from your refund. If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in that box at the time of pick up.
