Thank you,
On Sunday August 12th my partner and I came into your store to inquire about a Sony Surround Sound System and talked to James. First, we had purchased the system through mail order and we were having difficulty with the hook up of the system. James was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on how we could possibly get the system to work. While talking to James, we asked about various high definition televisions because we were interested in purchasing a new unit in the future. Once again, James knowledge and suggestions were wonderful.

We went home and attempted to hook up the Sony Sound System with additional input cables that James recommended. After looking at the situation, it was clear, let's go back to Belmont and purchase the new television and pay for delivery and installation. We could not be happier with our decision.

On Friday, Tony showed up for delivery and installation. Tony arrived on time (something that I am not accustomed to with 2 hour windows from other companies). Tony proceeded to install our new television. He went above and beyond what we could have expected. He was not satisfied with just an install; he made sure that everything worked properly with the system as if it was his own. And honestly, if I was Tony... I would have left as soon as it was installed... hew was very allergic to our cat...but he still carried on with the completion of the task.

You truly have two valuable employees that have great knowledge and customer service skill. We will be sure to recommend Belmont as well as James and Tony.

Thank you for your assistance and helpful information provided to us when we recently decided to purchase our new Sharp Aquos 65" HD TV.
